Books, Hobbies and Languages
I’m a first-year Computer Science student at Lancaster University Leipzig with a passion for exploring new places and countries. I love riding my bike, especially when it takes me through cities like Berlin or around Leipzig, where I can capture unique moments through photography. I'm also eager to learn new languages, as it helps me connect with diverse cultures and experiences.
By the way, these photos on the side—that's my work!
Currently, I’m focusing on learning German because I like the language and live in Leipzig. I’m fluent in English and Ukrainian (my native language) and have some knowledge of Polish from my time living in Poland. I also know quite a few words in Czech and Slovak, and have some basics in Arabic and a little Chinese. I enjoy learning new languages as it allows me to connect with different cultures and enrich my experiences.
I’ve been passionate about biking for the past three years. I enjoy riding through and around Leipzig, and I occasionally take my bike with me to Berlin to explore the city. Another one of my passions is swimming, whether it's in the pool or in a lake. I also play ping-pong at the university, which adds a fun and competitive element to my routine. Additionally, I play basketball, which rounds out my sports activities.
I’ve had the opportunity to travel extensively and experience a variety of cultures. I’ve visited countries across Europe, including Germany, Georgia, Poland, Slovakia, and Greece, as well as farther afield to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. I’ve also explored many different cities within Germany, such as Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Nuremberg, Berlin, and Stuttgart. Each destination has offered me unique and enriching experiences.
